Electric fence reel mounting posts come in varying heights for different sized animals, with related different types of reel mounting systems.
A reel mounting post serves two purposes, firstly it is a mount for the reel or reels to be securely attached to, secondly it is an anchor point or termination post which acts as a tensioning point for the electric fence wire.
