System Gripple

A gripple inline wire joining system is used in electric fencing to join, tension and terminate fence wires and wire ropes, its name derives from the fact that the device both "grips" and "pulls" wire.
Wire is inserted into a channel in the gripple, where it is gripped by a spring loaded roller or wedge and tensioned by being pulled through. The channel is mirrored on the opposite side of the gripple, allowing a second piece of wire to be joined.
The time saving easy to use gripple system utilises ceramic rollers to actively grip the wire and allow more tension to be applied, it creates a secure join which does not affect the strength of the wire.
