Most modern cars only need a service once a year, older cars twice yearly or dependent on use and under the Good Garage Scheme, a service check list is adhered to with a copy given to the customer on completion. Any work which is required on the vehicle will not be carried out until you are informed and your invoice will be fully itemized. TSW will also advise you whether parts really do need replacing and are not renewed unnecessarily.
